GRIEF RECOVERY
Time does not heal all wounds,
action does
I empower those experiencing significant emotional loss with tools to heal their hearts.
You have had a significant emotional loss.
You may feel stuck.
Are you heartbroken?
Do you feel lost?
There is hope and healing
Hello. I’m Mary Donlon

I work with those grieving any kind of loss and empower them with tools to heal their hearts and move forward to a place where they enjoy life again.
Loss can include serious illness, death of a loved one or pet, divorce, and financial crisis.
Having worked as a registered nurse for over 27 years, I have seen people grieve. I have seen them struggle with loss.
And I too, have experienced grief and loss in my life.
None of us is immune.
But we can find healing and feel joy again as we move forward.
You CAN walk through the storm to the SUNLIGHT.
I would love to show you how the Grief Recovery Method can help YOU!
We are taught how to acquire things, not what to do when we lose them.

What Is Grief Recovery?
Grief is the normal and natural reaction to loss.
Grief is the conflicting feelings caused by the end of or changed in a familiar pattern of behavior.
The Grief Recovery Method is a 7-week action oriented program that moves you beyond the pain and isolation of loss.
It is not a cure all but it is a tool kit that you can use for any and all losses, and any and all relationships for the rest of your life.
Grieving people want and need to be heard, not fixed!

What Clients Are Saying
“All too often we are quick to complain when services are not up to our expected standards. On the other hand, I think that it is important for us to recognize people who provide good service, or in this case what would generally be regarded as exceptional.
Mary responded to any requests almost immediately; it was the most expeditious attention I recall having in a long time. Mary's integrity and, in spite of having been in the profession for many years, her enthusiasm for her profession is still obvious. She is a pleasant respite in a world where all too often people do the minimum that is required from them in their jobs."
“Mary guided me through the Grief Recovery Method which really helped me understand and identify my loss and grief issues.
It is a simple, yet effective way to identify and process loss, allowing me to grow and heal from my experiences.
By the fourth session, I could already feel a difference as I began feeling more like I was healing and the emotional pain was lessening. Mary is a kind and motivated RN and Grief Recovery Specialist bringing this recovery work into her existing practice to expand and enrich her support to her clients."
