Nurture Yourself
It is essential to practice self-care.
Go easy on yourself. Use nurturing practices.
Go easy on yourself. Use nurturing practices.
Meditation is important because the mind affects the physical body.
We can learn to use our mind to calm the physical body down when we are angry, sad, fearful, or anxious.
Meditation helps calm the body down thereby decreasing the effects of stress.
Here is an example of one of my favorite meditations by Dr. Andrew Weil. It is a short and simple meditation practice that can make a profound difference in your life.
Music is also a therapeutic tool – enjoy! We often underestimate the powerful effect of music on our emotions. Enjoy!
After years of working as a nurse, reiki practitioner, certified yoga teacher and now a Grief Recovery Specialist, these are some of my favorite tools – doTERRA essential oils and Wellevate natural products.
I love essential oils as well as natural products from Wellevate.
Nurturing yourself and SELF-CARE is so important for your health to enable you to be more present and thrive in your life and for your loved ones.
doTERRA essential oils are therapeutic grade made from pure plants. As a board certified holistic RN, I learned about the evidence-based healing properties of oils.
